The location was ideal.
The only hotel / bed breakfast that i have stayed in which did not have any breakfast cereals ,full english breakfast only which comprised egg, rasher of bacon and six baked beans plus toast. There was no hospitality tray in the room, always nice to be able to make a drink when you arrive back to the hotel.

Only the place, even the staff gave contradition answers when we asked for the heater system, horrible hostel.
The room was really small, they didn't want to show us other rooms, images showed in the web are totally different, the toilet was dirty with pee everywhere, towers dirty and small, the bedcover with spots, no soap in the small shower, the breakfast was really poor, bad sausage and just 20 beans, we had to have breakfast outside, no heater system, our room in the groundfloor, raining and no heater at all, very cold, the staff lied us about the heater, each day different excuse. I don't believe that can be a 3 stars, not even 2, we payed everthing at arrival and we couldn't change the hotel because they didn't want to return back the money. Maybe the worst in England. 5 nigthmare days. ho-rri-ble

The rooms tidy, brand-new with window facing a full of cigarettes underground area, a nice desk plus a drink. Very very nice and polite staff of the hotel.
Not very helpful staff!

Service staff at front desk very friendly and helpful as well as staff in dining area. Close to transport and in a safe area. Access to computer and wifi. Good breakfast selection. Dining room - a good standby at other times after a busy day.people from all over the world. Room kept clean - comfortable bed.
Room too small / room rate was high / no cooked breakfast / iron didnt work.

Close to Centre, neat old-style hotel
very tiny rooms, small dining room(so queus waiting for tables), the walls are just so thin, that you hear any movement outdoors

Nothing to complain about, enjoyed this place and strongly recommend. The provided breakfast was satisfactory with instant coffee in a teapot. The staff was very polite, nice all the time.

Close to subway Edgawe road
I suggest you to choose another hotel. It's expensive and the quality is very poor. Barely arrived, staff said something bad about Americans. Two weeks before arriving, I asked for a quiet room not in the basement and I got a room in the basement close to a road where buses passed.

Sussex gardens is a secure place and this hotel is so close to Paddington underground. The room was clean and warm ,two out of three stuff was helpfull.
The bathtub was not clean and air conditon system is in bathroom is not good , there were no shampoo ,hairdryer etc .the blanket was not covered by sheet. There was no Lift at hotel and the stairs were too vertical , it was not easy to carry our luggages all the way up .Two receiption guy was helpfull to me they did help .However my other friends carried their own luggage and their body was aching. One of the stuff told us its not his duty to do that ,its a favour to us-i guess he is right because there shud be a lift or a man whose taking care of such things.Anyway Tnx to both of them for their helpfull attitude.( Greek and Indian one).As for breakfast it was a poor breakfast (egg, bread, butter, tea, orange juice,
